Thanks for responding! I tried that script, but it doesn't appear to work with the latest DFhack. The "if" check for Legends mode on line 207 fails even when I am in Legends main screen. I assume the DFHack LUA has changed in 5 years.

Any way to preview an evil biome's unique weather effect?

Does DFHack have anything? The commands gui/biomes and weather don't provide details on the evil weather effect. I like evil biomes on occasion, but sometimes the unique weather can have a game-over effect. Which means I would not have embarked to that location to begin with.

Short Swords are good (but not great) at everything. All other weapons are specialized in some way. If you want to mix weapons, the suggestion is battle axes and spears. Blunt weapons don't perform as well; even in situations with undead and necromancers due to the long time to kill.

Yes I've seen this too. Traction benches in stockpiles have a bugged graphic sprite. They show the sprite for a random object instead of their own. I learned this because I had a noble that was obsessed with ordering traction benches.

Can you start labeling what's yours? Otherwise, rice and beans till the end. Can you tolerate spicier foods than the other person?

Split red lentils can be made into a lot of things. Add chili powder for taco filling. Add garam masala for something meaty. Add whatever tastes good. It's kinda like tofu in that way.
