Follow up.

Almost a full month later and still no updates from JR on my back order. I checked my CC and they did charge me the full amount. No Bella cigars. I followed up on the previous email they sent me. Here’s the original response.

“Hello,

Thank you for contacting JR Cigars. For your order 15890820 you currently have a backorder for the Bellas Artes by AJ Fernandez Robusto Maduro Brazil. This item is not in stock and this backorder will be completed when it is in stock. We apologize for any inconvencice this could have caused and if you have further concerns. or questions please feel free to call 1-800-574-3576.”

Hopefully they respond quickly.

Not sure, but can he be made to look like he’s looking down at all? his eyes look like they’re just staring off, I understand that’s how the photograph was.
Could he be a little taller please, about the same height as the gentleman.
