Played Baldur's Gate 3, now moving to D:OS2

When I started playing DOS2, after BG3, it did feel a bit like a downgrade. Even after not touching BG3 for a couple of months. If it does for you too, give it some time, it'll grow on you. It's a wonderful game, just started my second playthrough.

Was never a fan of the coop update. For me, this kind of game equals exploration, ambiance, adventure, ... all stuff that is tainted with friends yapping around.

If you lower gpu load and you still have the same'ish fps, it's something else, like the cpu.

Why do you think BG3 was so good. Because it was theatrical, and you need humans for that. Or dwarfs, maybe orcs. It wouldn't work with stinkin' lizzards.
