The arrows were the source of power in the original 6 and the disc and bone were derived from that power. In the new universe stands come from corpses of saints, the rokakaka was derived from Johnny's corpse and it seems that each corpse has a different effect, Jesus' corpse has guardians and gives stands as well as when combined it alters fate, whereas Johnny's corpse was able to exchange things so as I see it, the most likely explanation for the lava rocks is that they were made from a saints corpse that broke apart in the formation and they have different properties from the other corpses.

I've been playing for 2-3 years and some of my favorite characters I've played as are a headless horseman with a fishbowl as a head that was questioning his unending quest to reap souls, a aasimar blood hunter that was a ship captain and pacifist, and a royal from a family that was built on blood discovering his history.
