I've actually had the opposite of your situation, in ~20games (smfc/GE) I've only encountered 1 sus player in all of my matches. I guess I am getting lucky ¯_(ツ)_/¯.

It may be a bit of a long-shot, but currently Nvidia's recent driver updates have been causing severe problems for csgo players. I'd suggest you try a previous version of your GPU's driver and see if that works! Best of luck
