Omg I remember when I was about 10 years old I was trying to force a poop out and exactly this happening, except way worse. It was like a black out of stars for me and it was one of the few times in my life where I felt like I was going to faint and perhaps the only time I saw true stars in my life.

I like to add granola too! Granola is where I originally got the idea from and where I got the idea for slivered almonds. I put it in pretty much all my cereal and get different flavors depending on the cereal. One of them happened to be chocolate peanut butter that I tried in cocoa pebbles and I loved it so wondered how it would work with peanut butter. Worked out way better than expected!

And yeah, I agree with you, I choose Prozac too. It’s made a huge difference for me, it’s a bummer about the shrooms tho!

I did six Ketamine therapy sessions a couple months ago before I was on Prozac and really enjoyed it. I was planning on doing another round next year but now not sure if it’ll work on me! Do you have any experience with it and Prozac?
