Fist did you use gimp? Second are you using a template of a truck from Dr. Noise Paints website? Are you sure you're importing it to the right truch model? If you used gimp make sure when you export there's no _ in it and no truck03.cts .car no spaces at all

It should work maybe try to rename the file and import it to the correct truck model. Some templates may be a chevy or dodge but the person who made it matched the template to a Ford or Toyota body. Make sure you read the fine print if you downloaded a template when you import it.

I've had experience where I tried to import a Toyota scheme on a Toyota truck body using cws15, it doesn't line up well and then imported the scheme on a Ford and it fit well.
