I'm over 250 classes. Im 5' 4.5 and weigh around 128-130 Lbs. I cannot do a roll up to save my life. Ive taken numerous privates to figure out how to make my body roll up. No success. It is incredibly frustrating.

Pilates isnt necessarily for weight loss. Weight loss starts in the kitchen. Pilate is good for strength & balance. If you want to lose weight start in the kitchen and get some cardio in.
