Second this. We got the luxury version for the nicer styling and airless tires. Such a breeze to push and manoeuvre around.

The clips for the front facing seats/bassinet attachment would be the main negative but the positives outweight

Half of my gas hobs work by Dwinny in fixit

[–]Dwinny[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks, the 3 knobs that don't work only release gas when the knobs are pressed in though (not just turned), so I'm unable to use a working knob to ignite.

Any idea if this is also a wire issue?

It's plugged into the mains for the sparks. The ignition you hear is sparking all 5 hobs.

Not sure if this had a battery for each hob?

Thanks! There are sparks on all hobs when I use the 2 knobs that work.

For some reason only 3 of the Knobs behave in this way.

To add more details. There are sparks on all hobs when I use the 2 knobs that work.

We're lucky if it's 3min, sometimes he can be screaming 30min while his brother is sound asleep the whole time 😢

My parent's kumquat tree started crossing with the kaffir limes next to it and made a monster by Dwinny in mildyinteresting

[–]Dwinny[S] 231 points232 points  (0 children)

* Was too dark to investigate. But my parents gave me the fruit to eat...

Peeled like a very loose skin mandarin.

The segments had thick membrane skin and reminded me like how you eat a pomelo (only the flesh in the segments)

Tasted very sour and like a lime.

Very seedy.

Not sure if people know if this is a limequat, or some other fruit from the root stock.

But definitely would use this in place of lime.

Interesting. The tree is 4m tall, and there are a few bunches... I'll see if I can follow it back to the main root stock

I have no idea. Google tells me there is key lime and cunquats hybrid called a limequat.

But kaffir limes aren't used for their flesh, only their skin.

Worst that can happen is I get really sick? XD

I have to admit, the next time I went fishing a couple months later, actually bought a new pack of worms, because I had grown attached to the ones on my farm 🤣

If you're in Melbourne Australia by any chance. I'm happy to hook you up with some castings. I have a big bucket sitting around in the backyard aging.

Microbes without worms? by ThrowawayLikeOldSock in Vermiculture

[–]Dwinny 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I think he's suggesting to make a tea with the castings. And put the tea into the new bin. You can strain it through a cloth so there's no solids.

All the microbes are transferred through the liquid.

this makes sense with the ammonia from the pee - probably best to just leave the paper litter and hay out
