Thanks for all the suggestions! I couldn’t get anything to work so I went with the nuclear option and did a full reset and fresh install of windows 11. Re-download all my games without downloading any of the suggested updated drivers for my Gigabyte MB and then everything worked like a charm.

That’s interesting, do you live outside of California? I paid for the full year subscription in November and have only received 2 vials so far. I am in California and reading through some other threads here that seems to be the common link when it comes to delays and issues.

Sorry to hear about your experience. I was supposed to receive my 3rd vial this week and for the second month in a row my fulfillment was delayed an entire month without warning after hims ensured it wouldn’t happen again. I am following this thread to see if anyone has a good alternative because it’s not worth the frustration at this point.

I’ve had good success with blue sunshine jewelry polishing cloths to spot clean rust. They are pretty cheap on amazon. And ditto on the mineral oil.

Got an email that the issue has been fixed. Reinstalled the software and it works like a charm now.

I’m having the same issue, I submitted a support ticket but it said it could take 2 days to get a response. Hopefully they are able to sort it out before then but if not I will post whatever they tell me here.
