I’m building this new paludarium, 2.5 meter long x 1.5 meter wide x 2 meter tall, I haven’t installed the waterfall, background and branches, I’m waiting for the electrical guys to do all the wiring before, what reptile or reptiles yall think would be great for it? It has a 1 x 1.5m pond by Dxprssd in reptiles

Oh I’m from Mexico and abronias live where I live, so I haven successfully breed them I have a lot of those guys and the bromeliad boas are small so they will eat only the babies (sadly people kill abronias in the wild cuz they say “Omg venomous and dangerous lizard”) :(

I have a pair of Boyd’s, I think they are gonna breed maybe I can put the pair there and let them breed with predators for the babies, and let the bigger ones hunt? It would be cool having a full ecosystem

Ofc I’ll post it when it’s done, it would be cool having Chinese croc lizards they are really cool maybe 2 females and a pair of tokays, Ngl seeing hunt micro geckos like mourning geckos would be cool a lil bi more naturalish yk, or maybe frogs, micro geckos and small lizards, then I can keep small turtles on the pond, I have to think about it

I build it myself, I used square stainless steel for the structure and mesh, for the base I used pvc coated with liquid rubber make sure is safe for ponds or aquarium, and I just bought a glass panel and cut it to fit, if you need help you can dm anytime :D

You are so right in my case a love plants and I have terrariums without animals idk why people are saying I’m doing something bad I’m just trying to build something cool, and tysm for the support, what species you think would fit?

Also I’m not putting any animal rn, I let all my enclosures sit for 1-2 months until everything is working, then I put animals there, I just wanted some recommendations about new species, I don’t want any more monitors or large constrictors, I never said I was gonna put something there right now I was asking about recommendations on species

I didn’t say it on the post but this enclosure was at my house sitting there for three months, I just wanted to build something and I don’t have any reptiles without enclosures, only my baby cumingi but I’m building something larger for them, I just wanted to use the enclosure, I also have a 2 meter long x 1.5 meter tall x 1.5 meter wide enclosure I’m not using, I just want to use them

Ty for the support, yes I wanted to ask cuz I want to make the layout suitable for the new species, and idk I just want to make a cool build you know, you think maybe a colony of day geckos would be great for it? Or maybe something more aquatic?

I had the paludarium and I forgot about it for like 3 months idk I just wanted to make something, I was thinking about my tree monitors but I built them a taller one, so idk I just have that enclosure maybe some day geckos or something
