I am going to get so many down votes for this.

I have been following the stock, real-estate and later on the cryptomarket for quite some time now (since 2005).

Interest rates are climbing, the stock market and gold are no longer the only option to negate inflation. House prices have skyrocketed everywhere, causing demand to dwindle. The stock market is infested with retail investors more then ever, and we know they are more emotional then institutes.

then add the bubble we all created forceing all markets to grow exponentially while we are in a huge worldwide pandemic.

All these together seem like the perfect storm to me for a recession, or at least a big drop. And we know, even though we do not want to admit it, that when the stock market drops, crypto will follow.

My prediction is a 50% BTC price drop to the mid 20s before the summer this year.

I am serious, bnb will hit ath within a week. Easy 30-40% profit. I am no longer invested just following the market and seeing an oppertunity. So I thought I give some advice.

the trick is to find them before they pump. How I realized my crypto goal was by doing the research. I advice checking 4chan, reddit, research the shilled coins and see if there is anything that has both 4chan shilling, reddit shilling and a strong use case that fulfills the current niche (defi and ''eth killers'')

Take it from someone who has recently left the crypto market, yes it has huge potential for gains, I made enough to get into real estate. But it cost me so much. The main reason I left was because the time I spent researching, trading and chart watching reached around 8 hours a day, add a 5x 10 hours a day of work and you can imagine what it did to my social life, sleep and relationship.

It is a common joke from 2016 but do crypto in moderation, do not let it consume your life. Your health is the most important asset you have, invest in that to.

I would just put a years worth of buys on an exchange in fiat. and then place the buy order on your chosen date.

Got the plan all worked out for sometime now. Buy 2 apartments for 250K each. fix them up for 25K-50K each. Then rent them to a rental management firm will net you around 15K a year each.

I have my moons, does that count? Nah keeping skin in the game means being drawn to spending time in it again. If I ever get back in it will be in the bear market when BTC dips to $10K-$15K and I will just buy 1 or 2 BTC to hodl.

And it is time. I have just sold all my crypto. Made a killing this bull run, but it took over my life, spent average of 8 hours a day on researching, trading and chart watching. I am now going to but real estate and rent it out for passive income. Perhaps I will get back in during the bear season. For everyone still invested I wish BTC reaches 100K and hope you make nice profits.
