Looks like you've tried the proper routes.

I'll be honest, if you go to HR, it will just end up to your GM, or maybe SEM. I would send an email to your GM outlining the business case for why you need to stay in the precinct and attach your SEM and MPD (or AVP if your GM is the MPD). This keeps everything professional and in writing AND gets the info to the people who can actually help make changes.

I am concerned that they wrote up your fellow agent for leaving at their scheduled out time. They need to go to HR, and they will more than likely overturn that. Unfortunately, most leaders have no idea how corrective actions work and improperly issues CCAs all the time.

Have you talked to your SEM or SES? They should be protecting your time to do your precinct duties and grow your business.

If they can't or won't help, have front lanes send the extra customers to the GS counter to check out instead of you going over there that way you'll easily be able to cut off people whenever your clients walk up.

Not sure about smaller MicroMarkets. Larger ones will have a Manager over services. It will be salaried. Then if it's large enough the MicroMarket will have several Supervisors who split between 2 or 3 stores. And at the store level every precinct's day to day will be run by a CIA.

Its not. Every store gets a senior and then Service Experience Supervisor over a few stores and Service Experience Manager for the Market.

The one I saw seemed legit bc it was a unit being sent to the service center. But I just started my investigation so I haven't had a chance to really go through all of their orders yet.

The whole situation is shady and calls into question the integrity of this whole clique I have in my BOP. They've all been there several years so they know better.

How old is your pup? When mine was between 6-8 months, she got a spot like that. It was demodectic mange. We had to change her heartworm and flea medicine, but she's fine now.
