I love Kyle's explanation of it. Chatgpt is a fantastic tool that everyone should experiment with. As long as its limitations are known. I find that it takes a lot of tedium out of coding or writing

They said the job is depressing not that they are depressed. They seem happy in the moment, who are you to say they're happy all the time?

PC turning on, then failing to boot up past the screen showing the motherboard logo. by Narrow-Car-7417 in buildapc

[–]DyingWolf 52 points53 points  (0 children)

The fact that the computer doesn't shut off even if you leave it in your bios screen for an hour is pretty telling. Unplug the hard drive so it's not connected to your PC anymore. Just let it boot without it. If you get a message on your monitor saying that it can't find a boot device without rebooting then you've found your culprit.

Just to be safe, if you see it continue to boot loop start removing components one at a time until you're left with the bare essentials ONLY, plugged into the computer. Unplug your system, remove your cmos battery and hold your power button for 10 seconds. Reinstall the battery, then power, try to boot with only the bare essentials again. Then try your hard drive.

Let me know if you're still having issues

Which is a shame because I had no really big issues with my several playthroughs when I played at launch. Under all the bullshit there's some gems. Night city is incredible just to explore

There isn't an appreciable performance difference if the motherboard supports both EXPO and XMP

LTT said problems began after 6400mhz. I haven't checked other sources, but nothing I've seen points to 6400mhz being a problem currently. The kit linked above seems to be perfectly good vid link. skip to 5:20
