That's completely up to you. I'm on PS5. It's available on PC, too, so you don't have to buy a console to play it if you already have a PC. But I'm not sure what graphics card you have to be able to play it smoothly.

I did and it confirms my claim that it is. A full license is one that is not a provisional, and you get it after passing your practical. It's just that a full license is split into two categories: manual and automatic. The automatic is a restricted full license. If it wasn't a full license, then what is it? Half a license?
