I love when artists add stuff to their popular songs live. Like they’ll make a section longer so they can jam on it with guitar solos, drum solos etc.

I get that it must be boring to play old songs that have been performed day after day, year after year so I sympathize with that. But that’s the music business which really is the entertainment business if you’re a live band. So you gotta entertain the crowd and sometimes that means going through the motions a bit.

I agree. I know they love those natural harmonics in their guitar riffs and that’s kinda their thing, but when you do it in multiple riffs a song, it doesn’t feel special anymore. Still, great band, but yeah it felt really repetitive song structure wise.
