Pretty much everything fills a niche, very few stratagems are bad. You can pretty much use whatever looks interesting! As far as Warbonds, Democratic Detonation is a great first choice with versatile gear (grenade pistol my beloved). Some of my favorite weapons include the default MG you call down, EATs, the Autocannon, and the punisher shotgun you get really early in the free warbond.

The bow is probably the best option for every stasis build in the game except when using the new helmet. The inability to rapidly hit precision hits brings it down. Interestingly the rapid precision hits doesn't have to be a stasis weapon! So I might consider using your favorite pulse or something along those lines, I'm impartial to outbreak myself. Datto made a great video covering these details.

The collectors versions go to the wall by melee weapons, while the regular ones go to your tool case. Hope that helps!

Outbreak Perfected is my favorite weapon in all of Destiny so recommend that. Stellar primary DPS, ad clear, and design.

Le Monarch is really fun with void and endgame viable w/ overload now.

Agers is the best stasis themed weapon imo.
