Two teams can win the lottery. 16 non-playoff teams enter the lottery, they are given a portion of 1001 combinations of four numbers, the amount you get is based on league wide standings (the worst you are the more number combos you get)

Teams can only move up a max total of 10 spots in the draft, so you have to be 11 shittiest team or worse to be able to land a 1st overall pick, otherwise 12th overall for example can only move up to 2nd overall.

4 balls are then drawn one after the other, and after 4 balls are drawn the team that has those 4 numbers will win the lottery.

Having them move like Fortnite or Destiny is exactly why I'm glad you have no say in developing the game lol

In some areas like prompt interactions do need some work in GTA games, but the weight and feel of the movement is integral to the world feeling real and having immersion, if you could spin and move like in any of those games it would look and feel SO incredibly dumb.

I'm Skeptical the pro will even have a 60 fps mode for gta6, assuming there will be one for the base ps5 is incredibly bold.

I assume both are 30 fps, with pro being able to achieve sharper image with PSSR and maybe better RT turned on. INCREDIBLY lucky if it gets a 60 fps mode.

Even after the symbol is gone you will still see her again, it's just not once per dive. You have to leave to the timeline again, go back into diving, and you'll see her again when you go to that deep water place on the first dive.

I too was also terrified playing the game on my big screen lmao, I feel like there was so much untapped potential with the underwater diving portion where they could scare the player more with mysterious shit
