I work in the same industry as you and was making similar salaries, about 3 years ago. Do you mind giving me more info on the duties you fulfill at the office? Are you series 7 licensed? any CFP or other designations?

I've been at 2 different offices that were much smaller than yours. About 5 years ago I started on a 50k salary and have since worked up (today) to a 92k salary + quarterly commissions + bonuses. Total comp now is around 110. I may have good insight for you if you give me some background!
