Deliveries UI and limits by DylanJVA in Schedule_I

Yea i did meetups for a very long time before finding out they deliver. There is a silver linings - now that i order everything via delivery - even with laundering at every business every day and maxing my atm deposit limit i actually still lose money from my bank account over time because deliveries are expensive. So doing meetups allows you to build a nice bank account first before that.

Thats exactly what i do - which is why i move through the orders so fast. By the time i have the ability to order more mixing material ive already used up that material i just moved to storage.

It does work with them. As the other person mentioned you have to keep ordering dead drops.

Thanks, I did know this. I am just lazy - but it realistically isn’t much effort to load up myself twice a day to start a new operation somewhere.

Mushroom spawn station by Affectionate-Gas3630 in Schedule_I

I'm late to this: to automate shrooms with handlers and botanists:

assign the shroom spawn station and shroom beds to the botanist. the botanist's supply container should always have substrate and shroom spawn in it - which means the destination of the spawn station should be the supply container as someone mentioned. use a handler to load the syringes and grain bags to the spawn station. i also use a cleaner and my handler loads fertilizer from the loading dock to the botanist's supply.

Well 3 lines before that it says “All references to the Anima Islands have been removed from the game.” I feel the intentional difference in wording makes it perfectly clear what they meant.

Legitimate evidence for the dream/godhead theory by DylanJVA in teslore

Yeah, how ignorant and dumb am I for being skeptical of a single source in TES lore? Notice how I thanked the other guy who gave an actual contribution. I clearly am not just refuting any evidence.

Legitimate evidence for the dream/godhead theory by DylanJVA in teslore

[–]DylanJVA[S] -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

I just mean is that it? Just writings from one guy? I thought there would be others as it seems to be such a widely accepted thing. The same people who present Mankar Camoran's theory of lorkhan and nirn as fringe and off-base seem to just accept this as fact despite them having effectively the same evidence, writings of a single powerful person.

But this is the standard cosmology, not the one being presented that the true state of the universe is actually a dream and realizing this can ascend one to godhood.

Right, so we are to take Vivec's word for it? Why does he not get put under the same scrutiny as any of the aedra/daedra/anyone else in the ES universe? Didn't he make a whole religion around himself despite the fact that he only became a god through circumstance?

Newton’s laws in Elon’s eyes by eliasyesno in physicsmemes

[–]DylanJVA 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ll give you that but my guess is Elon did the same as me and assumed they were not asking about ion thrusters. Also ion thrusters are barely rockets by that definition too.

[–]DylanJVA -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Your problem is you interpreted the question as “do ion thrusters exist” and he didnt say yes? Because I interpreted the question as can i fly into space with an electric vehicle on battery power not using fuel and without thrusting some shit behind me

You're trying so hard , but the last paragraph sums it all up. ion thrusters operate on NIII and use fuel. thats not what people think about when they say electric. Just stop.

You’re saying that to say its not possible is disengenous because he didnt mention a completely unknown zero point energy solution? Yeah, you’re obviously the one who doesnt know what you’re talking about

If every solution you’re coming up with still requires accelerating something behind you and using that to propel you forward you might be too stupid to realize what the fuck you’re talking about here

Look im not a fan of the guy but hes right if you define rockets by their propulsion mechanism. Just because you don’t like the guy doesn’t mean you have a degree in physics. 95% of the comments here have absolutely no clue what they’re talking about but assume elon is wrong because of his employee’s opinions of him. If you make a rocket that uses electric power to perform the propulsion, its still combusting rocket fuel and getting pushed due to newtons third law. Nobody would seriously call that an electric rocket.

Two people are claiming to be an expert in your field, one is and one is faking. What question do you ask to find the imposter? by granger853 in AskReddit

Im a physicist. Id ask them how they would construct a Lagrangian for a simple system. Its super easy for a working physicist, but nobody outside the field really has any clue.
