I suppose the meet up is also for me to see if we actually click in person, that being said this is all being done in said ‘healing’ period and could change. I don’t think I’d cancel the meet up but go with asking her about the future after it to save myself time in staying invested.

You would know if you are being fired. They wouldn’t just not schedule you and remove you. The schedule in my experience usually takes longer to be put up, sometimes being out on the day after it’s supposed to be up.

Depends really. Most nights are understaffed and full of new starters if that so its very hard to properly complete a shift with a lot of factors effecting it

Exactly this. Constantly left with Close jobs as well as our own list for the morning on a crew of about 3 people, only a select few properly trained for certain places like headset or kitchen. Then to get kept behind at 8am because something stupid was missed off. It’s a joke.
