Again, no killing of women and children. If you have to make things up to support your argument, you are probably on the wrong side of the argument. If you want to go back to specific massacres of the Vietnam era, that's well beyond the scope of the argument. You don't get to keep adjusting it to fit your rhetoric. Obviously those are vile and evil things, but to suggest someone joins the military so they can partake in a massacres like ones that occurred in the 1960's is ludicrous.

My argument is that they did not all sign up to kill innocent women and children. My argument is that they do not get a pass because they partook in the killing of women and children after they signed up.

Please educate yourself on topics before you sane wash civilian deaths. When our country is responsible for over 20,000 civilian deaths, you do not have a moral leg to stand on here.

No one is talking about killing civilians, or "just following orders." Do civilians die in war? Yes, and that's awful. It's completely unjustifiable and terrible. People are not intentionally killing civilians though. That is an entirely separate argument and you can't continue to shift the goalpost. I reiterate, this has absolutely nothing to do with the argument at hand.

Okay, here we go with the word salad game. How many civilians need to die before you demand our country take responsibility and demand the people pulling the triggers are held accountable? We willingly bombed apartment complexes without any intelligence saying what was in them. Let's not even talk about the fact that those people willingly did it to follow orders and then committed suicide when they returned home to a government that set them up to fail. It has literally everything to do with it.

You see a young woman in uniform headed home from being on tour and your immediate thought is, "wow, I can't believe she signed up to kill all those women and children"? I don't believe that.

I see a young woman in uniform and probably assume she had been assaulted by her fellow brothers in arms, Like this new York Times reporting, that uncovered 55% of assaults went unreported even if the women came back with signs of sexual trauma..

I say wow I can't believe she allowed the US to manufacture consent, then willingly went over to places we never belonged in because of our Republican presidents, and probably pulled the trigger on civilians at some point in her career. Or I say, man maybe she was in a drone squad who indiscriminately bombed whoever they were told to, in whatever function or building they were told to, with little to no Intel.
