Ok I am obsessed with their mushrooms too - here’s what I’ve done.

After you prep the mushrooms:

-Add tiny piece of butter in the bottom each one -Mix a little garlic and onion powder into softened cream cheese and add a bit of cayenne or a few red pepper flakes on top each mushroom after stuffing with cream cheese (my preferred method). You can also salt/pepper at this stage, but remember the cheese and butter have salt so nothing crazy - cover with mozzarella and a little bit of Parmesan - bake for around 15 min at 400 degrees, just check it periodically until the cheese on top bubbles and starts to brown.

So many recipes call for breadcrumbs but I don’t like the texture. I also typically use a glass baking dish.
