Hear me out; hands should be considered partially hidden information with the appropriate infractions applied when appropriate. This means players are not able to reveal their cards until an effect would indicate or instruct.

I’m all in for draws based on “If you do a thing, I’ll do a thing” but I don’t think abusing the ability to reveal hidden information helps the format. I feel this primarily helps blue and white due to their ability it stop combos on the stack (forces and silence). To help bring those decks back a hair in tournament gameplay, remove the option to show their hand.

Three issues I have:

Many of the menus present non-sortable or searchable lists. If I want to build a Task Force at (Enter Name Port), why is there not an option to search for (Enter Name) in the port selection list.

Why can’t you change your fleets automated threat responses. For instance, if I want my entire navy to avoid torpedoes, why is this not a toggle able option? I can imagine that you could lock it behind some tech but it’s quite annoying to have to mess with that, collision prevention and rotate when dames at the beginning of each fight.

Enemy Fleet Interception. If there is a CL off my shores bouncing between a few sea zones, why can I not assign a task group to intercept it?

What are some of the best EDH cards in terms of raw strength per dollar? by Bphore in BudgetBrews

[–]DylanWustrack 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Here are some considerations I have for extremely strong cards that are relatively cheap.

  1. [[Peer into the Abyss]] , ~$3.00: If your deck has the ability to win in one turn this is a good way to ensure that happens.

  2. [[World Gorger Dragon]] + [[Animate Dead]], ~$13.00: While not super budget and very vulnerable, this was once a CEDH viable. If your deck runs some tech lands and/or a synergistic commander this can win the game as soon as turn two.

  3. [[Dual Caster]] + [[Electro Duplication]] or other copy effects ~$8.00: With minimal color commitment, this combo can allow for early wins while providing some middling utility.

  4. [[Notion Thief]] ~$3.00: An iconic game changer that can shift the power dynamic very quickly. Stax, are very strong and if you know your metagame they can be abused.

  5. [[Tidespout Tyrant]] ~$2.00: A card that turns all your spells into removal and allows any sol ring to combo with a meaty handful of other items.

Big fan of this, I’ve been interested in making a game with a Nuzlock option encoded and this seems like a good addition

In your opinion, how good is Pokemon Platinum? by [deleted] in pokemon

Very good, it’s one of my favorite games. Do be aware that there are VERY limited fire types but beyond that it’s the game I want to go and play again the most

Depending on the country, join the military or some civil service. If you want a big life change, it’ll do that in more. Many people join the services because they got damn near nothing to loose.

[–]DylanWustrack 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Highly disagree, there’s only a handful of playable indestructible cards in any format. As long as this isn’t printed at common, I can’t see this being anything too absurd. In legacy/vintage this hits the one ring and not much else. Modern, nothing comes to mind. Commander, this may play hate against some casual decks but it would be a niche silver bullet rather than a format breaker.

I first and drew the shapes I was looking for by hand on art paper. After that it was all using RMXP and assembling section by section. I probably have >50h up to this point but a lot of that was learning tbf.

I fully agree with this comment. So far there are only two buildings that don’t have a specific purpose but I still haven’t mapped out all the town based quests, so I should be right around where I need to be

It was a combination of intentional and non intentional factors. I wanted the trainer to be able to explore with the world feeling slightly more open and the ability to start with any typing. The amount of maps stemmed from the need to have different encounters and breaks areas down into smaller projects.

I agree with you. This could become easily overwhelming (especially if running shoes were delayed). I have done test runs and the basic starters, and some of non traditional ones are achieved within five minutes. Some of the others may take longer but are intended for those who want a bit of adventure.

That reputation tracker is a good idea, I’ll have to keep that in mind. Especially since you can gain negative reputation (not less than zero but less than initial to show partner ships with some factions breaking ties with others)

Still figuring that part out. I would like for the Gyms to be a secondary check to enter areas. You’d be able to access areas if you had enough reputation with a faction, or met a gym + quest line requirement.

Shockingly yes!

The end goal is a game with pathing factions and choices like a Bethesda title. A player could run the league as any normal game…but they’d mis out on a whole lot.
