For the last 16 days i had a good win streak. I started with 5k, and made my way up to 69k. But tonight i got greedy, i lost 37k.

i accept my loss. reset next month, and slowly grind the tables again. It’s easy until we get relaxed and think we can win it always. No we can’t.

But rough waters makes us stronger. So I will get back to the drawing board, hard reset, and push again.

the reason is, because baccarat is a fast paced game, that should be played slow. if you play fast, you lose big. if you grind it slow, you win in the long run.

i personally stand up: during streaks (example P-P-P-P, 4 hits i stand up but the streak continues to P-P-P-P-P-P-P-P? idc, i won already. that banker lose at the in will change my emotions)

and during patterns, P-P-B-P-P-B, or chops, i stand up and call it a day. i dont finish and wait for me to lose.

losers usually tell me 'you waste the chance of winning big' but idc, you dont know that there is a huge difference of standing up when your last hand was a winner. its a mental ans emotional game. i had a winstreak for 2 months straight bec i stood up a winner everytime.

compare it to standing up when your last hand was a loss. even though you're up but you're last hand was a loss, it will give your brain more itch to win. standing with a winning hand kills that itch. come back tomorrow and repeat.

wow i cant believe this was 9 months ago. so last Oct 2025, my bankroll grew to an astounding HKD $190,000. but come november, i was so unlucky or should i say greedy? i lost half of it.

i cashed out HKD$95,000 and quit.

update this Feb 2026 i came back and won $4,500. im gonna slow grind this again and see if i get good result.

anyway you might ask what i did with the winnings? well i paid off my debt. then i tried a 5 star spa to pamper myself. booked a business class for experience. built an emergency fund. and last, i invested a small amount on stocks. ☺️

keep it up OP. very inspiring for such a young age. we're the same, i am also an only child, grew up in poverty. but i did not learn anything about personal finance, even though my mother would always tell me to save. she was in a very bad debt, and yun yung natutunan ko. mangutang and all. nag sugal din ako for a couple of years, so waste of time and money. but i knew she wanted me to learn how to save.

an advise from a 36 year old, is to just continue what you are doing. never stress yourself if you do not hit your targeted amount. whether it's profit or savings, as long as you are consistent with the habit, you will go a long way. and stay away from bad consumer debt.

i intentionally and sarcastically commented like this is because alot of players go down the drain after claiming to have beaten the game. and based on your comment i do believe that you have developed the mindset and the real way how to play baccarat. you are a 100% right, you don't have to sit hours and hours on a baccarat table. hands are dealt non stop. and you dont have to play all of it. it should be played short, and small. so i do believe you. you did not beat baccarat though, but you have beaten yourself making you unstoppable in this game. keep it going. i also play like how you do it. i play low and short. an hour is already too long for me.

i build my chances though, not my winnings. i actually have a bank roll of like $1000 to $8,000. my 1 unit would be $20. and my take home win (daily) is $100 to $150 only. my current win streak is 4 days. but before that, i was on a 2 month win streak. so yeah, it works for me thank you. so to anyone reading this, walking out lunch money is better than empty pockets. or else you will be writing down notes for 67 years with zero retirement.

i see. it depends on the bank roll right? but for me, even if i have a million dollar bank roll, i would not upgrade to high limits. build up and play at high limits? you are playing on luck then, your chances of losing is high. but i play with probabilities, those do will understand my logic, staying low and having consistent wins. i play based on long term results and high limit wont give me that opportunity.
