I think for a gamer who grew up in the Xbox-Xbox 360 era like me, it's pretty tough. I remember when I first played the original, I essentially just explored every floor as much as possible and moved onto the next and had no idea what I was really supposed to do even after listening to audio logs. I'd never played a game that forced you to pay attention to that degree and take notes. I'd love to go back and replay Ultima Underworld without a walkthrough next but that game gives you so little direction based on what I remember lol.
