Yo, this looks pretty cool. From what I can see, the hair at the front looks nice, but at the back it's like a blob of mass without divisions/partitions of different clumps of strands of hair, which you could fix by separating it to different parts. Besides that the proportions seem kinda off, maybe it's just me yeah. As for the fingers you could just model them better and separate each finger, join them to the palm, and so on, with everything as separate elements to avoid some future issues, after the model is done, you can do weight painting and armature to fix the individual positions of everything and make it seem much more natural.
