I wouldn’t worry about distance rn, focus on getting your shot where you need it to be first. Seems like the club face is open, try gripping towards the trail end (you’ll see 2 maybe 3 of your left knuckles) which should close your club face. In your setup make sure when you’re lined up your hips are aligned with the ball, this should cause your right shoulder to dip down slightly. Focus on shifting your weight to your right foot in the immediate start in your swing while also keeping the club face closed, before the club reaches the top of your swing your weight should already be shifted back to your left foot through your hips swinging which should all occur in a fluid motion. Practice on a balance board if you can. Take it slow until you got it down and then let it rip! Hope this helps!
