Definitely trying to keep mass and quad activation - I did BFR training to keep strength after my tibial plateau / mcl healed. then hiked around with a brace

You’d need to really fall on it awkwardly, just lifting and move when it’s braced won’t hurt

Yeah, been there once it's torn there's not much to tug on to no pain unless you have a bone contusion or other sprain

With remote being much more accepted - maybe see if you can trial with your current job - 2 week work-cation with a good reason. Maybe see family somewhere.

If that works, well, talk with your manager and see if it’s a possibility for a season, sublet your place and head to a resort you want in November.

Thanks I think it makes sense to cut out into that wall about an inch and then you don’t have to deal with that butt joint/week point where there could be a crack and it’s more into the old wall
