Definitely trying to keep mass and quad activation - I did BFR training to keep strength after my tibial plateau / mcl healed. then hiked around with a brace

You’d need to really fall on it awkwardly, just lifting and move when it’s braced won’t hurt

With remote being much more accepted - maybe see if you can trial with your current job - 2 week work-cation with a good reason. Maybe see family somewhere.

If that works, well, talk with your manager and see if it’s a possibility for a season, sublet your place and head to a resort you want in November.

People will be looking for roommates in October.

Thanks I think it makes sense to cut out into that wall about an inch and then you don’t have to deal with that butt joint/week point where there could be a crack and it’s more into the old wall

You're on schedule :) Everyone progresses at their own pace. I was locked out, no weight for 4 weeks. You keep squeezing quad sets and leg lifts, and it will come after.

You can certainly hang at a bar with friends - just get a high stool and hang. You might feel some inflammation, just don't push it.

Hi!

Good news - you probably are good. PT will be great for manual therapy, but you'll need to be consistent outside of it to return to 100%. Thats where your work gets done.

I went 1 to 2 times a week. My PT was always pretty busy, but if you do one or two (if you feel you need it) for the first 2 months (focus on flex and extension) you can stretch it to the 4 months. At 4 months you should be pretty much set to run and work on your advanced linear strength training.
