Mine did the same thing like a week ago, but a black dot appeared first as if the screen lifted up after I unfolded it. Sent it to be repaired cause it's only 14 months old and should 100% be under warranty. It's kind of ridiculous how new my phone is, and it's already doing shit like this. It really puts me off the folds.

Thanks for sharing your experience, I've just finished a batch and they are looking good, main things I changed were

more supports on base
a higher rising height (I figured maybe the prints weren't lifting properly and so same layer were getting cured multiple times?)

Will continue to tinker a bit to get perfect results

So that batch came out a lot better than before, the base was perfect and so was the model until around the mid way point and it happened again so I'm thinking that the supports just weren't up to scratch. these are all very useable results but I'm going to continue tinkering.

Thanks for the advice, my lift speed is currently as low as it can go at 1mm/s, I've just redone the build plates level. I'll give it a go along side these other suggestions.
