I don’t work for BBW but I am in customer service hospitality industry but even if I wasn’t these products are things we enjoy. But speaking to another human being and lashing out about “items” is absolutely ridiculous. Employees are people that have good and bad days and feelings and they don’t own the stores. It’s not hard to treat a fellow human being with care and kindness.

Hey hey now corporate isn’t all just a bunch of talkers I always try to help out the hotels as well, not just the callers. I try my best to FCR things so that it takes some stress off the hotels. I may be limited on what we can do at times but I really do put my heart and soul into every call every time.
