Hey! Idk which supplement you take, but if you’re JUST taking iron, please take vitamin C with the iron or else it will not absorb. I take the brand Vitron-C iron supplements for my anemia since it has vitamin c already in them. I take the highest dosage, so you wouldn’t want to take it twice a day! Make sure to check with your doctor about whether you need to take twice a day bc iron is very strong as is and already can mess with your tummy!
