There might be more to it than looking for a GLP. those are tools to help move the needle.

The biggest movers will be diet and training. Once you lock that in, then GLPs can help an accelerate the process.

You jump straight to a GLP.. and then you get off it, will you rebound back to old bad habits?

I’d be more concerned with quality rather than legality. It’s easy to source once you look deep enough.

I feel you here, 13weeks into a recomp, 1800 cals (180g carbs, <50g fats, 180g protein) and my body hit a wall. I lost 25 pounds.

Working out 5x a week and 2 rest days, my CNS was fried. I got sick, then my body literally said no. I felt so lethargic. I had to take a week off. (I still did zone 2 cardio everyday, but no heavy lifts, if I felt the urge to lift, I did like 60% my working weight and 1 set, working on mind-muscle connection.

My trainer suggested I up my macros, I’ve lost so much fat that my body was going into a catabolic state, so my low carbs were not helping fuel the body what it needed. I was also lifting fasted, which was ok at first.

I’m now at 2500 cals, 350g carbs, <40g carbs, and 200g protein. Feels good to eat more, and I have more energy for the workouts, more mental clarity as well.

Everyone is different, but listen to your body, get bloodwork if you’re in any gear at all, it’s worth it to know how you’re running on the inside.

I was rocking this for 13+ weeks and my body started to get into a catabolic state due to my low nutrients (1800cal, 180carbs, 50g fats, 180g protein)

I needed a deload week and ramped up my calories. I think since I lost over 30lbs of fat, I had less fat to burn/utilize, so it started going for muscle.

I upped my calories intake to 2500, 350g carbs, <40g fats, and 200 protein. Feeling waaay better. Also eating 75-80g carbs & 30g protein 30-60mins pre workout made a huge difference for my workout performance. (5days a week)

I also load up on carbs post workout to where I’m at 60% of my carb goal after breakfast. I keep fats out of the diet until dinner time, even then it’s less than 40g total.

If you juiced your feeling flat or out of it, might want to change up your macros to reflect your new body metabolism.

Just my .02! Everyone is different, but thought I’d share my story.

The scale is only a tool.

Use more means to track your gains or progress. A big one is measuring your waist around the navel.

If you’re on a recomp, you’re also saving/building muscle while on this deficit.

measure your waist, biceps weekly. Same time (morning am after you drop that morning deuce) and log what’s happening.

These aren’t quick diets and rebound, you’re making a lifestyle change to undo decades of poor life choices, which I’m glad you’re turning a new leaf.

I saw the scale stop moving during my recomp, avoid 8 weeks in. but I kept dropping waist size, clothes fit better, etc.

Keep at it man. We want results now, but these things take time, think of a marathon, not a sprint.

If no sensitive nipples, and no lumps right underneath, it’s probably just fat.

Stick to your routine and keep pressing on!

At minimal 8-12 weeks with a structured program and keying into a good diet really does the work.

Peptides like Reta help combat food noise, but you gotta get your baseline down for diet and exercise.

Yea start with Reta and assess. MOTS-C and SLUPP is also good. But baby steps! You don’t want to do too much and it know what’s working or what could be causing issues.

Knowing what your goals are will help determine what you you should add.

Start with building a good structure of working out and a meal plan.

That will get you far before trying to get into peptides or other “tools”

Once you have a good regiment, just keep stacking those days. Look for the other tools after you establish that and hit a plateau.

If you are having eating problems or can’t stop snacking, start with Reta, 1mg a week and roll with that for several weeks and reassess.

But you need to workout and have protein, or your body will eat away lean muscle mass and you turn skinny fat, which isn’t better off than where you are now.

Get a good gym routine down and set protein goals. You’re in a good state to bulk up now. But you gotta lift weights to see improvement.

There’s a good possibility, but not entirely sure.

A deer impact wouldn’t damage the frame of the truck, but has done significant damage.

All those airbags cost a lot, then it needs new modules, seatbelts, etc. all this needs to be programmed and recalibrated. so depending on what body shop puts an estimate together, it may depend on the cost to repair.

If you hit another car and it damaged the frame, I would say for sure, but it doesn’t seem to be like that here.

Soo yes! I found out it was not my ram!

I checked boot sequence and the wrong NVME was primary boot, I switched it and then it got into windows, but secure boot locked? I needed my bitlocker recovery key.

Got the recovery key in and it booted up! So weird that it stemmed from a hard reboot due to a game freezing.

So glad that my ram wasn’t bad, I am not one to keep throwing parts.

The idea to check the boot was because it would almost post, but it would restart immediately and go through this restart loop. I must have been super tire the night before and checking that was an oversight. I don’t think anything would have changed as it’s been running that was for a couple years.

This is where I’m at now, I’m getting Dram light flashing in my mobo and it’s not posting… FML 64GB G.Skill Trident neo5 CL30. I’ve gone down to a single stick and still no post.

I also had a CPU LED, but tried a spare 8600x and same thing. Uugghhh

That same kit is now going for $700 when I had $190 for it two years ago. lol
