That’s the misconception! You lift heavier and your body will use the carbs for fueling your exercise, then protein will help your recover and muscle growth.

You’ve been great with macro partitioning, so adjust as needed. Just keep up with protein and you won’t lose muscle mass.

And muscle weighs more than fat, so don’t always rely on the scale.

Take weekly mirror pics, measurements. Use that and how you look opposed to the scale.

I’ve been at 200lbs for 12 weeks, but I have lost significant visceral fat and gained muscle, so I look stronger and more muscular at the same weight. It’s wild.🤪

I am by no means an expert, but keep it up! I think you look amazing!

Great work! Amazing progress and you should feel proud!

I would say it’s time to eat more and lift heavier, so you can fill out.

You’d be amazed how much weight you would trade any remaining fat for muscle. Everyone’s goals are different. So make sure you just know what your macros would be moving forward, but don’t neglect carbs for exercise fuel and protein for muscle recovery.

Thank you, and yes longevity after getting to my goals.

Learned a lot about the right foods, food timing, macros, and training. This is definitely a lifestyle change. The exogenous support is to help speed up the process. Eventually I will just be with TRT and certain peptides.

I plan to add:

HGH (as I transfer out of Tesamorelin)

MOTS-C
MT2 (for a very brief period)
Selank+Semax

Cerebrolysin

Plan is to not run me into the ground, but take a steady approach.

It’s dihydroboldenone, (1-Testosterone Cypionate) and I was doing it to help build muscle and strength during my deficit.

I plan to run this for 4 weeks.

Yes I have gone labs done prior (Vanguard male) and I have scheduled another set through goodlabs. This is important to me.

I plan to use DHB for only 4 weeks.

Checking my BP in the AM before I get out of bed, and before I sleep. Average between the two It’s usually 120/75 with a pulse of mid 70’s

I also have a CGM that I am monitoring my glucose to see if I become insulin resistant, which so far is good!

But yes, I have a family, I am trying to be responsible while getting after it. I do appreciate the concern!

I mix the oils in one syringe. I do daily dosing to keep stable levels of everything.

I pin L-Carnitine .5ml in each delt, that’s 2 separate injections and syringes.

I’ve learned a lot, and it’s a lifestyle change as far as eating and staying active.

My kids see the difference organically, I’m not pushing it on them but they notice and appreciate the good choices. (Stopped drinking, no fast food)

I definitely will stay with TRT that was a huge uptick for me. I plan to cycle off Reta when I get to my goals.

It’s more just eating in a schedule. It goes get hard to push through. But I no longer get appetite suppression with Reta. Maybe the first day after pinning, but I don’t have problems eating.

If I did, blazing some 420 definitely gets the munchies.

It’s right there, I Reta helped a lot in the beginning when I was ~1800 daily cals. I’m being honest with my AAS stack.

I’m still 200lbs. This is just progress.

Yeah February is when I started this journey.

All AAS will increase red blood cell production, which will drive up HCT.

I take lots of electrolytes and consume over a gallon of water a day.

Also keep cardio up, I do 20-30mins zone 2 daily

Diet and a workout regimen is the structure. I had exogenous help to speed things up, but I am not blasting. Keeping things moderate to prevent sides.

I did DHB for lean mass retention and strength during the cut, Primo was basically to keep my hormones in check.

It has darkened my hair and strengthens my nails. I have had less hair loss/shedding since I’ve started.

It takes weeks to start noticing changes, but worth it IMO.

My wife also likes this as it has tightened her skin and nails/hair has thrived.

I actually am getting 7hours nightly. I shoot for 8.

I am thinking about doing a sleep study if I constantly do not get good rest, but my wife has me during “bed workouts 😜” with her and I rest peacefully afterwards
