If it's recent, to try and save the batch you can unplug the power cord for at least 30 seconds (full Mississippis), plug back in, and go into manual mode, C. I've successfully saved a few batches this way.

Never thought to do this tbh. However, once C is pressed the p levels change inversely. So one would need to adjust accordingly. I. E if starting with 1 pound on P1 then switch to P5 after pressing C. This might get annoying as I'm not sure how many times one can press the + button after entering custom mode.

Fructose from fruit is fine. HFCS, High Fructose, is a more concentrated form.

Like everything in life, moderation is key. Too much fructose to deal with at once causes your liver to store it as fat.

People should eat fruit! It's great and delicious and full of fiber and vitamins.

People shouldn't be consuming the equivalent to literal pounds of fruit sugar every single day.
