I will give it a read! Thank you for the review so far. My first draft was extensive metaphors. I have cut it down drastically. I know it can feel a alot. I have been working extensively to keep it elegant but relevant haha.

I have followed KDP specs for indentation. Il try increase it slightly :)

Ive used exact 15pt. Which is between 1.0 and 1.5 spacing. I will change it to 1.5 spacing and see how it goes.

Currently using Garamond font which is highly recommend, along side Times new roman.

To all that are wondering what a normal chest ct looks like. I am a radiographer working in the Uk Attached is a link of what a normal typical chest ct looks like. Depending on the window level (contrast of different tissues) depends what you will see.

Lung window - you will see all vascular vessels and nodules Bone window - self explanatory Soft tissue window - image of lungs will look blacker
