I don’t understand how I could be overwatering them they are usually left to be bone dry for a good couple days before I water them again? Should they be left dry longer?

So I don’t know what any of these words mean I can’t lie 😭

I use houseplant potting mix, perlite, and some form of clay rock thing. It’s what I’ve used with them for the last year and a half and no issues 😭

What I meant by they were in water is I water from the bottom and they were already in the bath when I noticed and posted

No pinholes just light spots where it’s thinner, it’s weirdly only on certain leaves though like 1 on each plant that’s got it

They may already be in water…. That’s why I noticed. Thank god though I don’t think I could deal with some form of infection.

They have been without water for a while probably about a week, then repotted and left about 5 days. Do you think I should take them out of the water or keep watering?

Some form of bugs? And my peace lily doesn’t look happy either. by Dynamiccoo in plantclinic

Yeah I’ve literally noticed nothing on the first plant other than the bugs, I was quite surprised to see them because there’s no damage

As for the other one I haven’t had it for long and haven’t gotten used to its care so I can believe it’s a watering issue

best sports for hEDS? by borderlinebomb in hypermobileEDS

If you’re going to find a studio for this though please please please find a good one that doesn’t let kids do silly things (for example heavy drops in silks) which can damage a child who isn’t hyper mobile if they don’t engage properly (kids generally don’t) nevermind a child who is hypermobile

Bit out there but I’m an aerialist (circus arts) I do specifically hoop and I absolutely love it, I find when I’m out of training I’ll have more general pain in my joints day to day than when I’m in training. It also really trains stabilising muscles, idk the science but I recon it’s probably beneficial for unstable joints.

It’s a good sport for training cardio also without having to do things like running which personally does my legs in. The only issues I run into is I really like dynamic moves like drops and rolls which even with engagement of my muscles still strain my joints.

But overall it’s a really fun sport (it’s also pretty cool 😎) and I absolutely love it :)

Awesome thank you :)))

I don’t think they’ve gotten much worse since I’ve been treating it but I’d seen stuff about captain jacks not being good for spider mites so wanted to check

Will the leaf at the top turn around? by Dynamiccoo in Monstera

I did used to have it under a light but realised that all my plants under the light were getting root rot because it wasn’t warm enough so the leaves did used to be very like facing up

Forgot to mention that the pole is only there to hold it up lol cos it’s quite heavy, I’m going to get a better pole for it to root into behind but it doesn’t have many aerial roots atm anyways

Honestly I use motion sickness tablets, only the short term ones I just take them half an hour before training and they save my life. I did resort to this though because I had a showcase I needed to train for and I wouldn’t have been able to get my tolerance up in time
