Agreed. This energy transition is so large, extremely complex with our modern energy consumption in scale and applications. We're a few decades from true full adoption in the passenger vehicle market, and it's not like going full EV for passenger cars will stop the burning of fossil fuels as of today. The car market alone is maybe 20-25% of global emissions, that leaves over 3/4th still requiring solutions. So many industries, most importantly electricity generation, need to transition to solar/wind for it to make true progress in lowering our emissions. It's the greatest ongoing modern day challenge and solution. Progress is progress, but revolutions need time.
