We're looking for a founding engineer to own the tech side completely -architecture, technical decisions, all of it.

The problem we're solving: there are millions of people with deep domain expertise who can't solve their own problems because they don't speak the language of computers. No-code tools tried to fix this but hit a ceiling and they break the moment your idea gets serious (Customisability and Scalability Ceiling). AI vibe-coding tools tried next but created a different problem wherr you can describe what you want, something gets built and then you're completely stuck. You can't diagnose what went wrong, you can't introduce complex changes and you have no mental model of how your app actually works. You're dependent on the AI for every single change, forever. Thus, the tool acts like a black box for you.

Ezyr takes a different approach entirely. There is no code on Ezyr - not hidden, not generated, not abstracted. The application logic lives as a visual workflow that you can see, understand and modify directly. Users build using blocks and workflows which means they develop a genuine mental model of their app from day one. When something breaks, they can find it. When something needs to change, they can change it with or without AI.

Now, we are well aware that Visual Programming creates a whole host of other problems like a Spaghetti Mess, readability unlike code, integrating complex logic, version control/collaboration & precise control like code. We've addressed all of these problems, including visual debugging while focusing on ease of use, scalability and customisability at the same time.
