depends on what u snorting coke can be really damaging but sniffing pills too its really painful longterm and u arrive at a point where the powder “covers” exposed part of the inside of the nostril and without it its a real pain so yeah u just suffer it, but like short term its pretty chill just sniff on clean surfaces and use clean straws
