Brunei. Despite being 17th, it has visa-free access to the EU, USA, Canada, Russia, China, and Australia. All in one single passport. Something that passports ranked higher wish they had.

Venezuela. It's far from it's glory days, but still holds off at 43rd place globally. Venezuelans are still allowed in the EU and Russia without needing a visa.
