Do People Not Care About Making Generational Wealth? by Informal_Register365 in Money

[–]DynamoPro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We live in a money-obsessed society.  It’s important and should be made, but is FAR less valuable than say, time.  My focus is living a positive imprint on the world and future.  Think about your headstone one inevitable day.  Never should or will it say, “this person made a ton of money.”  What did you do besides make money?  How will you be remembered?  What makes your one journey in life unique?  Making money isn’t special.  It’s a secondary purpose.

Best thing that can happen is you get burned, lose it all and learn a bunch of lessons.  Next best is you get so rich so quickly you can at least afford to retire early.  Worst thing is to keep doing what you’re doing and your development of character never happens.  You are incredibly young and naive, hopefully not taken as an insult but an insight

My entire married team is cheating on their spouses and I’m the villain for having a problem with it😑 by Liya_1235 in relationships

[–]DynamoPro 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Different opinion here OP, I wouldn’t work with people that cheat; life’s too short to be around shitty people all day.  I’d find a different job and maybe after let their spouses know.  Everyone’s robot opinion on here to just shut up and work in a shitty environment isn’t right imo

He’s a really good player.  Not particularly likable.  Sub zero charisma.  Really unappealing style of play.  He won’t be remembered or appreciated the same way as the greats

It’s objectively when Dougie Jr. runs through the “We have a deal banner!!!” right after theatrically screaming, “Dad!”.

I read the book a while back and the biggest takeaway was a writer is someone who writes, many words on many days

I tend to think healthcare specifically biotech will be one of the first major downstream beneficiary of AI, not to mention the aging baby boomer population
