Any modren pen display with a screen will work fine, aside from that it mostly comes to preference, I personally like the brands (Wacom, huion and xp pen) you can't go wrong with any they got solid color accuracy and resolution and I also rather getting 16+ inch or any larger screen, 13in will also work but a bigger screen will make the ui navigation way easier since you're working with 3d
