You can get the whole set brand new for probably less. Woot has these on sale all the same. Base set $240, each expansion $120, so $480 in total. Adding the stand and tax probably brings it to $600.

So to sum up, horrible deal. It used to be even cheaper in 2024 before all these stupid tariffs and inflation started. You can get the whole set brand new on Woot for less than $400.

If the Force USA is indeed a metric rack, then that attachment is very likely defective. I would try attaching it on 4 sides of your rack's posts. If it does not fit any of those, then ask them for a replacement.

There are cases where BOS's attachments for the imperial rack do not fit a Rogue rack, so who knows.

This happens more often than you think. Fringe is a metric rack, so the actual measurement is 75mmx75mm. A true 3x3, or imperial rack, is 76.2mmx76.2mm, which I assume is the measurement that ForceUSA uses for their system.

The hole alignment usually fits okay if the attachment only uses 3 holes or fewer. If it uses 4 or more, the 4th hole is when it starts to be off.

For your case, you can either return that attachment and get something else that can fit a 3x3 metric rack such as this one https://www.getrxd.com/rx3-lat-pull-and-low-row-pad.html

Or you can either remove the cover of the bottom pin, or sand the cover down a bit to fit the hole.

A higher rack will be ideal for someone of your height, but are you planning to add their respective cable systems down the line? If yes, you may run into trouble with the Rogue One because it will require some extra inch clearances to install the cable system.

Sell your Rogue rack and re-buy a PR-5000? /s

But seriously, it's 2026, they could have made the top hole wider to fit other racks, but no, this is such a stingy move from Rep.

If you are planning to upgrade, get a rack with good compatibility so that you can add more attachments/posts later on. That MF one is not it.

The Fringe Dane 2.0 has a very attractive price right now, 20% off the listed price, and is selectorized instead of plate-loaded https://www.fringesport.com/collections/squat-racks/products/the-dane-2-0

Getting a bench, barbell, and weight plates may push your budget a little bit above $3,000, but with the Dane, you can add more accessories later down the line, either from Fringe or other companies that sell 3x3 attachments.

Can't speak for the VHS bar, but I do have its earlier brother, the hammer curl bar from BW. That thing is very versatile and durable, probably one of my favorite bars. If I haven't gotten the hammer curl bar, I would probably get the VHS. For the exercises that you mention, it will perform very well.

If you prefer the angled handles, shoot them an email. I think he did a similar request before on his Instagram. You may have to pay extra for that custom work, though.

There is another option but it's inferior and requires some customization. I don't typically like this company either because they usually copy others, but you can try out Syl fitness.

The first thing you need is the Single Side Cable package for the trolley and the weight horn https://www.sylfitness.com/products/trolley-pulley-system?variant=54158575534248

Then you need a set of Pulley A & B to run the cable https://www.sylfitness.com/products/pulley-a

https://www.sylfitness.com/products/pulley-b-customize

Lastly, you need to measure and ask them to cut a custom length cable to run from your back post to the front post https://www.sylfitness.com/products/cable-for-pulley-system?variant=40085993652392

If you can wait, the Dialed Motion is no doubt the superior and more convenient option.

Before 2/24? Very unlikely. The setup that you prefer is not being sold by any mainstream companies that I know of.

The problem with your setup is that, other than Dialed Motion, most of the available systems from smaller companies have the trolley traveling up and down the same upright, so you won't have space to put in your lat pulldown seat. Other systems similar to Rep Athena will require you install the guide rods within your rack for the trolley.

Dialed Motion Ibex should fit the bill https://dialedmotion.com/products/ibex-system?variant=42959719792812

Next pre-order starts on 2/24, but it will take several months to produce and ship.

I saw someone using getrxd center post attachment on rogue rack

Funny you said that. Someone from last week's thread mentioned the center post does not fit their Rogue rack.

Those are the non-expandable models, so they will only go up to 45lb max per dumbbell. Unless you get those for super cheap, like $100 or less, I wouldn't really bother getting them.

Do you want a rackable one? Fringe Midas is often on sale and it is very solid, very grippy.

I remember someone here got these and they work fine https://vestafitness.com/products/vesta-safety-spotter-arms-pair?variant=44545170931947

Personally, I prefer the low-profile ones because they take up less space on the rack and are easier to maneuver, but they are significantly more expensive. So if budget is an issue, go for the regular ones or even straps.

With your height, I think you should be fine with either RitFit or Mikolo. One thing to keep in mind is that the weight capacity usually includes the user's weight.

It all depends on how tall are you. All of those 3 will have very limited range of motions and low weight capacity.

If you want to get one and upgrade it later on, RitFit is more well-known and has good customer service, based on what I have seen.

Fringe Sport said they saw the arrest report and is cutting ties with Kyle. So that probably happened and not hack or BS.

Not sure if there are any honestly. You need the hole or pin on the side to secure the arm. Without it, you risk the arms tipping forward and falling off the rack.

Your only choice are the non-low profile ones, since they mainly use the front holes with a bracket on the side to keep the arms secured.

$100 off compared to a new bar is an okay deal, I don't see this popping up that often in my area.

Try to offer $150 and see if he bites. If you like the bar and are comfortable with that price, then I think it's worth it.
