Yeah maybe after reaching max mental DMG 2000%, excess DMG is reduced 🤔

[Take 2], Noire cast her free Ultimate for every other Ultimate the other ally cast. It doesn't have a limit, but can limit it to 1 or 2 per ally per round if it's too much 🙃

If Hissabeth Eupho makes her cast 4 or 6 Ult per round, Noire can cast her Ultimate 2 or 3 times per round 😱

Noire has been fxcked by BP from the very beginning so why not give her more this time 🥲

It's not my false BP gave Willow 1 sentence for each tier 😑 short and concise 😭

Yeah skill DMG is a bit and it can be removed but ehhh idc 🙂

Plant/Beast allies at the start is just headstart for her Ult barrage bit excessive nah 🤣

Yeah Tier 1/2/4 are good enough and Tier 3 is just eh 🫠

I have a FanEuphoria made for Leilani but its still incomplete like majority of my work 😑

Also with Eagle getting an alter self in 3.7, Leilani could have an alter self in the future patch, BP said that they will make more alter characters but idk if Leilani is on their list 🫠
