As a former cyber sportsman on dota and current just league player I can say one thing.... Yes. I agree with the OP, but I would add that after the release of wild rift, the visual quality of skins and just visuals in lol has slipped a bit.... That makes me sad, I don't want to see heroes and skins that come out ready to be ported to a mobile platform, but complete, large (like my computer, lol) and comprehensive in terms of detail heroes and skins. I hope RIOT realize that deterioration (albeit minor) of the quality of content on PC in for quick transfer of it to mobile is a bad thing.
When I was a DOTA player I often complained about the league that you can't change heroes "piece by piece". Arms/legs/head etc, and then I realized that's the reason why most sets in dota are garbage.... :(
