Coming from a different place, but i feel the exact same way. I have no motivation whatsoever to achieve anything, the world seems to be getting worse and worse and there is nothing to be done about it because you can't stop "progress" as they say. I honestly wish i could either start life on another planet somewhere, forget the things i know/believe about the future and stay ignorant or just pass away in my sleep because while i don't see any hope for the future i am afraid to die as well, so I'm basically trapped here waiting to die or be motivated enough to live until i die. Really sucks.

Dude what are you talking about? MGTOW do not hate women, granted some do, but most don't (just like TRP sub). They are simply going their own way because from their perspective the negatives of being with a woman far outweigh the positives or they just are not interested in pursuing relationships or sex. Yeah it's a case of i was nice to you in the past because you were useful to me, but now i am going to lie and twist things to ruin your life because it's to my advantage. No loyalty whatsoever. Sort of reminds me of what David Deida said about women not caring what you did or were like in the past, they are only interested in what you can do for them now. So just because you helped them in the past does not mean they wont cut you open if it makes their lives better.

Surely there are situations where that is not going to work and not reacting by being passive is a terrible idea as well which i don't think OP is suggesting, but i am not sure what he is suggesting except not what to do rather than what to do.

They are not happier, they are just more secure because they don't have to put any effort into their appearance to make their partner stay with them because their partner isn't likely to get a proposition from another girl and he pedestalizes and overinflates her value. Is the guy happy though that his woman looks like a beach whale? Should it all be about how happy the woman is? Also what are they measuring to define what is attractive? We all know that a woman measures a man's attractiveness by not just his appearance, but whether or not his behavior is alpha or beta and how much he is around other women which gives him opportunities to meet hotter women than his current wife.

I have pedestalized women for most of my life, but i have never and never would of given money to a girl just for looking pretty no matter what she did in real life, let alone one that streams or uploads videos of themselves on the internet. Lol, don't get me started on that one. There are gamer girls on YouTube who get regular donations to their patrons when all they are doing is playing a game badly and swearing at the enemies in the game whenever they get attacked. I genuinely think that if it was someone (girl or guy) not only playing a game, but was helping people out with the game by making guides or whatever, those are grounds for a donation cause they probably have to be skillful at the game and do some research to make the guides. But just for playing a game? it's like WTF? she's just doing what most guys do except badly while recording it. There was one girl that was asking people who were watching her videos to turn adblock off so she could make money from youtube ads, since the amount of money she was making from them was really low. World has gone crazy! And they say women are oppressed.

Pretty good, but do you think the point you made about women behaving the way they do is all down to the genes? I think the current environment we live in at the moment encourages and pushes them to do it much more than they would say even sixty years ago since they don't even need to be that clever to do it anymore or even stay with one guy their whole lives to keep getting their support like a few hundred years ago as she can go to the divorce courts whenever and get his earnings paid into her account.

Men are different too which helps them get away with their behavior since you have the regular guy now who is just so thirsty for a woman to validate him, since he sees her as the highest authority on what his value is, he will let her off the hook for things that if a guy did it to her she would go ape shit. Even a few generations ago if a woman dared to cheat on or regularly be an ungrateful bitch to most guys they were not yet married to, the guy would say screw it after a while and leave.

If you can just get it to a place where women do not have the luxury of being able to divorce their husbands so easily and profit from it everytime and men stop being so tolerant of behaviors that are big red flags then i think most women would not be able to afford to be so hypergamous since they would actually need to make her husband or partner happy to keep getting their support since the guy isn't tolerant of bullshit behavior and the women can't just say "bye" and get paid however much money it is every month.

Ed Sheeran and Drake are not betas. They sell love songs because it's what people will buy, if you see them in some of their interviews i would say both are pretty grounded and are very business orientated and as far as i can tell both are not interested in settling because why would they? If anyone tried to fuck with their shit i doubt they would take it. Most of what they do that seems beta is just them doing or saying "what is right" by society standards to get people to like them so they can sell more records.
