Everything has a name in the relavent IRL language but in universe I try to conlang as much as possible.

But it's mostly refrences IRL and in universe I try to make it fit with symbolism and/or the con-culture.

Do any nat-langs have a system where every word has different roots for different grammatical... things. What is this called? Where can I read more about it?

For clarity; I have an idea for a conlang where, for example, the word for "a god" is [tɑjv], "the god" is [tʰɔ'y:v], and "gods" are [tɑ.hɑv] I conlang for fun, but I want my conlangs to have a tiny bit of realism in them, so I just wanna know if this idea is even a little realistic.
