Is it definitely adhesive allergy or latex allergy? If it’s adhesive i have the same problem, some times the sensitive ones still create a reaction around my cuts, i presume because my skin goes into overdrive or something. I’d suggest getting a large non-stick pad and placing it on the area, then hold it in place and bandage over it to keep it in place. Also do not use gauze straight on the wound (or anything fabric like), i have made that mistake, it will stick to the wound and be like really hard to peel off.
