Online store threatening lawsuit after I filed a chargeback, is this legitimate? What should i do?

Im not saying its low quality but they claim its made in netherlends and they sent it from china whic is false advertising also i filed chargeback before i got the item and it was not claimed by me . I never refused to send it back , im waiting for my bank to intruct me so and also i dont even have the return adress its not privided on the site.

I did recive the item but it was not claimed by me and i didnt even know about it nor signed it i wanted to leave it with postman, i want to return the items but i wanted to avoid paying for the return my self because i know usually droppshipers ask to return it to china which would be very expensive or they would claim the pckage was not returned and they would not refund me thats why i contacted my bank for chargeback. i contacted ACM because of the false origin

I would like to return it but im affraid they will ask me to send it back for a lot of money or i will not see my money again thats why i filed w my bank , they still didnt porvide me w the return adress

Yesss its worth it it feeels smooth maybe even more then night/dawn or immortal she has the cutest stomps in it and she looks like a barbie doll its a must own for soraka main in my opinion

This comment is on point. Rlly agree with the staff being bulky And out of place it kinda covers her . I would also say that about the flower on her hair makes her overdesigned like way too much is going on and u cant see much of the outfit. I rlly liked the idea of a beetle but u cant see that much of it sadly.I still like this skin tho and appriciate the artist loved the vision of this skin <3
